1. Hitting the snooze button

Every time you hit the snooze button, you’re literally putting off the day.

Put an end to this habit.

2. Skip exercise

Don’t be that guy who thinks he’ll exercise “later”.

Get the adrenaline pumping right from the start.

Your body, your rules.

A good routine? 60 minutes of exercise/day, 5 days/week.

3. Ignoring hydration

People drink coffee but forget to drink water.

Hydrate first, then take the caffeine. Your body will thank you.

Simple: drink 2 glasses of water just after waking up.

4. Don’t plan the day

A morning without a plan is a battlefield without a strategy.

Take five minutes to write down your tasks and goals.

Even better: plan your day the night before.

5. A negative mindset

If you wake up thinking the world is against you, guess what, it will be.

Control your thoughts, control your life.

Take 5 minutes to meditate, and think positive thoughts.

6. Don’t make your bed

Making your bed is a reflex that keeps your mind in order.

What’s more, what’s better than finding a well-made bed when you’re tired at night?
