He is always available and we know Governor Udom Emmanuel is working through him to reach out to us the traders. Though the visit was not scheduled, his actions on daily basis have further proven that he has all of us in mind. He has given us a sense of belonging in the current Government.”
“Governor Udom Emmanuel did not stop at appointing one of us as his aide, he went on to give us brand new buses, made available interest-free loan, declared every Thursday as Ticket-free day and we are made to know that there are plans to add another Ticket-free day for us. This Government has made us proud and Idorenyin Raphael has made us very proud too,” they said.
Akparawa Raphael also used the visit to offer financial assistance to some of the market women that were involved in a ghastly accident during the 2015 electioneering for Governor Udom Emmanuel.
From the Etaha Itam Market, the Governor’s aide inspected the ongoing road construction in the market then proceeded on project inspection at the Itam Industrial Layout where construction of an International Market was ongoing.
