“Your Excellency, I won’t fail to thank you, you’ve done a lot for us. Thank you for all the social programs you’re putting in different areas. Thank you for supporting the youths, thank you for the numerous appointments you’ve been giving. We can’t name the number of Aides from this Federal Constituency, but we’re saying thank you. We appreciate all that you’ve been doing for us”, he said.
Uwah pointed out that the shortest way for the return of power to Uyo, is the reelection of Governor Udom Emmanuel, and maintained the people of Atai Uyo, comprising of
Uyo, Ibesikpo Asutan, Nsit Atai and Uruan LGAs, will deliver complete votes for the Governor, come next year.
“Our own is very simple. We believe this is the shortest cut for Uyo people to come back to Hilltop Mansion. We don’t speak much. We’re saying, come 2019, the people of Atai Uyo, consisting of, Uyo, Ibesikpo Asutan, Nsit Atai and Uruan LGAs, we’re giving you complete votes like we did in 2015, so that you complete your term, so that in 2023, you will handover to someone from Uyo Senatorial District”, he added.
